Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 year travel industry experience or relevant exposure.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Effective communication with clients and partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in Norwegian (reading, writing, and speaking).
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations, blocks, and rate updates.
- Monitor inventory systems.
- Send forecasts and adjust hotel allocations as needed.
- Process updates and service changes from partner offices.
- Maintain accurate records and operational check sheets.
- Resolve customer concerns with partners and internal teams.
- Negotiate rates and allocations with hotel suppliers.
- Identify opportunities using hotel promotions and trends.
