Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservations, blocks, and rate updates.
• Monitor inventory systems.
• Send forecasts and adjust hotel allocations as needed.
• Process updates and service changes from partner offices.
• Maintain accurate records and operational check sheets.
• Resolve customer concerns with partners and internal teams.
• Negotiate rates and allocations with hotel suppliers.
• Identify opportunities using hotel promotions and trends.
