Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring for a Multilingual Language - Cantonese role onsite in Quezon City. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Cantonese and English, supporting billing, accounts, and product information in a fast-paced BPO environment.

We require Cantonese fluency, solid English, and the ability to understand complex conversations and implied meanings. Visa eligibility in the Philippines is required; temporary resident visa is accepted for non-Filipino

Qualifications

• Cantonese fluency required; English working knowledge is needed.
• Understanding of complex conversations including implied meanings.
• Experience in customer support or contact center is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, or other channels.
• Provide support in English and Cantonese and assist with billing, product information, and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while delivering a positive experience.
• Document interactions accurately in company systems and adhere to QA guidelines.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure customer loyalty and accurate information.
