Job summary

Confidential in the Philippines is seeking Vietnamese Language Specialists to support Vietnamese-speaking customers. Fresh graduates are welcome, and there is no prior BPO experience required.

Work is hybrid/ onsite with complete training provided. You will handle billing inquiries and service requests, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Vietnamese with strong professional communication skills.
• Good conversational English skills - training and systems are in English.
• No BPO experience required - fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in Collections or knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not required.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Foreign nationals with valid Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Vietnamese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email channels.
• Communicate in both Vietnamese and English professionally.
• Assist with billing, service requests, and account information inquiries.
