Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC (a Teleperformance company) is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Screening Specialist to support our recruitment process in the Philippines. You will review recorded video applications and interviews to help ensure fair, accurate evaluations.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, QA, or call evaluation, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year in recruitment, quality assurance, candidate screening, customer service quality analysis, or call evaluation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow standardized assessment criteria and maintain accurate records.
• Good written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review recorded candidate video applications and interviews.
• Assess candidate responses against predefined qualifications and competency criteria.
• Assign standardized scores based on established evaluation guidelines.
• Document assessment results accurately and consistently.
• Provide reliable evaluation records to support recruitment decisions.
