PSG Global Solutions, INC (a Teleperformance company) is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Support - Billing & Placement Audit professional to ensure billing accuracy, maintain BP records, and uphold placement compliance.

You will review BP details, set up billing profiles, conduct placement audits, verify documents, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies while handling multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in billing operations, contract admin, data validation or back-office tasks.
• Healthcare staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail in contracts, billing, rates, and documents.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and billing/CRM/ATS tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for data discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Job Details

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: 3 onsite days per week, with the first week in Ayala Avenue, Makati and subsequent weeks at any PSG workspace

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Support - Billing & Placement Audit professional to ensure billing accuracy, maintain reliable account records, and uphold placement compliance. You’ll play a key role in reviewing Business Partner (BP) details, confirming contractual requirements, and conducting placement audits to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and review Business Partner (BP) records, validating facility details, contracts, billing contacts, and required documentation.
• Set up and verify billing profiles, invoice terms, billing rates, MSP fees, and other account requirements.
• Conduct placement audits to confirm employee details, rates, assignment dates, positions, client information, and contract compliance.
• Validate PTRN and other supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and outdated records, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Update internal systems with BP requests, audit findings, and placement statuses.
• Verify that all requirements are satisfied before approving placements or closing requests.
• Handle multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy, quality, and turnaround-time standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in billing operations, contract administration, data validation, auditing, or a related back‑office function. Healthcare staffing experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing contracts, billing profiles, rates, placement records, and supporting documents.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms, billing requirements, invoice conditions, and MSP fees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and billing, CRM, or applicant tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
• Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, maintain accurate records, and protect confidential employee and client information.
