• Source and identify candidates based on specific staffing needs for open roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience, qualifications, and communication skills.
• Evaluate whether a candidate's background and certifications match the requirements of specific roles.
• Assess personality and communication fit, particularly for roles requiring sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills.
• Manage a high volume of applicants and leads to keep the hiring pipeline moving efficiently.
• Flag top candidates for further evaluation and, over time, take on a greater role in the interview process.
• Maintain organized records of candidate pipelines and screening outcomes.
