The role requires 5+ years in professional settings, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with CRM/ATS tools, plus startup-experience familiarity. Expect a fast-paced, startup-style environment in a hybrid/onsite setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent suitable for live calls.
• Proven ability to coach a full team of reps and manage high-volume, high-pressure calls.
• 3+ years in contact center/customer care, with exposure to US night-shift operations.
• 2+ years in a Supervisory role, handling quality, CRM/ATS accuracy, and workflow.
