Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in end-to-end Staffing, Recruiting, or Account Management in a corporate environment.
• 6+ years’ experience managing recruitment teams in a matrix management environment.
• 6+ years of experience recruitment best practices.
• Experience in client and stakeholder management, with the ability to partner with clients to develop and execute recruitment strategies that meet hiring demands.
• Experience in leadership, ability to effectively lead a team to achieve common goals, with passion for quality, and ownership in accomplishing challenging tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of implementation projects by establishing structured work plans, defining scope and delivery approach, managing resources and risks, tracking milestones, and ensuring operational readiness through governance and communication processes.
• Ensures compliance with client SLAs and KPIs through monitoring, reporting, and delivery of monthly and quarterly metrics.
• Consulting with clients to identify system/process enhancements to meet business goals and deadlines within budgets.
• Reviewing risk and quality plans to identify mitigation and continuous improvement actions.
• Builds deep client relationships and adapts services as needs change to maximize value.
• Accountable for management of designated Program Staff and Program Leadership.
• Mentors, coaches and develops team members, recognizing strengths and weaknesses to grow future leaders.
• Ensures consistent execution of the customer solution and recruitment process across multiple sites.
• Delivers and communicates performance reports and business reviews (status updates, Monthly Delivery reports, QBRs, lessons learned).
• Conducts daily/weekly huddles and cascades IBM and customer information appropriately.
• Collaborates with HR Partners, Senior HR, Senior Delivery Managers, IT liaisons, and Recruitment Resource Center management.
