Qualifications

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with 1–2 years in agency recruitment or US-focused roles.
Strong knowledge of the US job market, employment practices, and visa sponsorship requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.

Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, and direct outreach.
Conduct telephone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future client requirements.
