You will source, assess, and place top talent for US-based clients, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure excellent outcomes. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in agency or US-focused recruitment, deep knowledge of the US job market and visa sponsorship, and proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidates

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with 1–2 years in agency recruitment or US-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of the US job market, employment practices, and visa sponsorship requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.

Responsibilities
