KMC Solutions in Makati City is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based client accounts from our onsite Makati hub. The role operates in a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM–6:00 AM) and requires owning the full cycle, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and delivering top-tier candidates.

You will manage roles across commercial, corporate and finance functions, provide market insights, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong track record filling commercial, corporate and finance roles.
• Excellent English; able to work with US-based hiring managers.
• Proven startup/fast-paced environment experience.
• Stable tenure with recent employers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding.
• Fill roles for US clients across sales, marketing, BD, operations, finance, and accounting.
• Work with US hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver three to five finalists.
• Provide market insights on compensation benchmarks and timelines.
• Build pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, and talent communities.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and accurate ATS records.
• Contribute to process improvements as the team scales.
