Nexus Recruitment Group is hiring a US Corporate Recruiter to support recruitment for US-based business units. Onsite in BGC, Taguig, with a night shift, you will manage end-to-end recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and collaborate with HR teams to deliver top talent.

The role requires full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for US roles, and familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools. You will lead sourcing efforts and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• At least 23 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-volume or corporate recruiting environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed.
