Torero Global Outsourcing Corp. is seeking a US Payroll Specialist to support multiple logistic companies across the USA with accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and internal policies.

The role requires strong knowledge of US payroll compliance, ADP proficiency, and meticulous data handling for remote collaboration. The position is Full-time Freelance with onsite setup in Eastwood, Metro Manila, Manila, and a graveyard/night

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of US payroll experience, 300+ employees preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP and Paycom preferred.
• Experience handling payroll across multiple companies weekly/bi-weekly.
• Knowledge of California payroll laws is advantageous.
• Background in logistics or last-mile delivery operations preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and google workspace/MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review payroll data including hours worked using ADP and internal records.
• Verify timecard information for federal/state compliance; correct discrepancies.
• Input payroll data and calculate wages, deductions, and adjustments.
• Review payroll calculations and resolve discrepancies before processing.
• Review and confirm bank details for direct deposits.
• Maintain records of employee department transfers and updates.
• Track leave balances, non-taxable earnings, and other adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll deductions for unpaid leave.
• Ensure PTO usage aligns with policies.
• Track overtime and prepare weekly management reports.
• Manage and respond to payroll-related emails professionally.
