Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for a US-focused workforce. The role requires deep payroll principles, tax compliance, and strong system management in ADP Workforce Now.

You will handle time/attendance data, tax filings, and payroll reporting while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The position is remote from Manila, PH, with night shift hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of progressive experience in payroll processing and tax compliance.
Expert level MS Excel and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.

Responsibilities

Manage complete payroll cycle for all employees, including time/attendance data collection.
Calculate gross pay, deductions, and net pay; process payroll on schedule.
Prepare tax filings, W-2s, 941s, and year-end payroll reporting.
Support benefits deductions and payroll system maintenance and upgrades.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
