You will drive system enhancements, manage projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to support business objectives in a large global shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of payroll experience with leadership in a large organization.
• 8+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, compliance, systems, and process improvement.
• Proven leadership, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing high-volume operations with focus on accuracy, controls, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations and systems teams, ensuring seamless payroll processing and issue resolution.
• Oversee payroll systems administration, testing, enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
