Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist for our onsite Manila team. You will own full-cycle bookkeeping and complex multi-state US payroll operations for diverse small business clients, using QuickBooks and ACS Payroll.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience, with strong English communication and client service skills. Night shift with premium differential is offered, onsite in Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of solid bookkeeping and end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Thomson Reuters ACS Payroll.
• Strong understanding of US payroll regulations, including multi-state rules.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for client service.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple client portfolios.
• Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Process multi-state US payrolls using ACS Payroll system.
• Ensure payroll tax compliance and timely filings.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes and benefits status updates.
• Engage with US clients to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
