Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Payroll Specialist for US & UK operations to manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple states and time zones. The role emphasizes accuracy, tax compliance, and liaison with external providers, enabling seamless payroll delivery.

In this fully remote position, you will support US and UK entities, handle payroll journals, and drive process automations. Night shifts in Philippine Time are required to align with US/UK business hours, with generous leave and learning

Qualifications

• Strong experience in US multi-state payroll processing.
• Experience with ADP platforms.
• Knowledge of UK HMRC FPS/EPS and pension compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end US payroll processing for multiple states.
• Coordinate monthly UK payroll runs and HMRC reporting (FPS/EPS).
• Prepare and reconcile payroll journals and support month-end close.
