Tutor Me LA LLC is seeking a meticulous Payroll Specialist to manage US and California payroll remotely from the Philippines. You will run bi-weekly payroll using ADP, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.

The role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, and discretion handling confidential information. You will collaborate with HR and finance to align payroll with benefits and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience, with ADP expertise.
• U.S. and California payroll regulations knowledge required.
• Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills (Formulas, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for employees across locations.
• Input and manage payroll data using ADP.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare payroll taxes and filings at federal/state/local levels.
• Generate payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to integrate payroll and benefits.
