Role Summary
TGO is looking for a US Payroll Specialist that will be responsible in supporting multiple logistic company across USA with accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations as well as internal company policies.
The role would also require someone who has a strong knowledge of US payroll compliance (federal/state), ADP proficiency, high attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data, and solid written communication for remote collaboration.

Location: Eastwood, Metro Manila
Collect and review payroll data including hours worked and benefit time using ADP and other internal records.
Verify timecard information to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies; make necessary corrections in timekeeping and payroll systems.
Input payroll data and calculate employee wages, deductions, and adjustments in the payroll system.
Review payroll calculations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy before processing.
Review and confirm bank details for employee direct-deposits.
Maintain records related to employee department transfers and updates.
Track leave balances, non-taxable earnings, and other payroll adjustments.
Monitor and reconcile payroll deductions for employees on unpaid leave.
Ensure PTO usage aligns with company policies and guidelines.
Track employee overtime and prepare weekly reports for management.
Manage and respond to payroll-related emails in a professional and timely manner.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in US payroll (handling 300+ employees preferred).
Background with payroll systems such as ADP, Paycom etc., is highly preferred.
Experience managing payroll across multiple companies on a weekly or bi-weekly cycle.
Knowledge of California payroll laws is a strong advantage.
Background in logistics or last-mile delivery operations is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid command of Google Workspace or MS Office tools.
