The 360 Companies is seeking a Back-Office Specialist (US Payroll) to join our Cebu team. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and day-one benefits, with night-shift hours from 11pm-8am or 12am-9am local Philippine time. Hybrid setup may be possible upon regularization.

Work location is 100% on-site at Cebu IT Park, Cebu City, with a five-day work week and a comprehensive benefits package including HMO and life insurance, attendance bonus, and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Reliable, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Experience with a US line of business in back office or customer support.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks).
• Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or related course.

Aufgaben

• Payroll processing: weekly extraction of tear sheets and timecard approvals.
• Communicate payroll issues with branches via phone, SMS, and email.
• Process timecards in Bullhorn Back Office (BBO), VMS, or emails.
• Handle sick pay, off cycles, and supplements.
• Address payroll inquiries from branches and talents; escalate when needed.
• Handle VOEs and HR/corporate queue calls.
• Manage MHT enrollment and placement creation related to MHT.
• Ensure invoice entries are correct to avoid billing/reporting discrepancies.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
