Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; good English communication (written and verbal).
• Willing to work holidays and night shifts.
• On-site, full-time position with night shift.

Responsabilités

• Manages timekeeping processes (HRIS and Biometrics).
• Generates monthly timekeeping reports (Undertime, Tardiness, Absences, Overbreaks).
• Verifies perfect attendance for qualification of perfect attendance bonus.
• Monitors and updates daily attendance and sends reports to Operations and other departments.
• Coordinates with Payroll Accountant regarding payroll disputes and related concerns.
• Handles employee concerns/issues related to timekeeping.
