Job summary

MicroSourcing International is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Cebu. The role supports end-to-end payroll processing, maintains payroll records, and ensures compliance with government reporting.

The position offers a hybrid work setup in Cebu IT Tower 2 with a day shift. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of payroll experience, a degree in Accountancy or related field, strong English skills, and proficiency in Excel/MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or business-related course is required.
• Minimum 1 year of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• High integrity with no history of fraud or misappropriation.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely per legal and company standards.
• Prepare final pay computations and BIR Form 2316.
• Maintain and update payroll records accurately.
• Address payroll-related inquiries promptly.
• Assist in government contributions, loans, and withholding tax reporting.
• Support month-end, year-end, and fiscal year-end payroll reporting.
• Perform payroll-account reconciliations and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve department goals.
