Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Cebu to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in line with legal and company standards. You will prepare final pays, maintain payroll records, and handle inquiries with attention to detail.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a business-related field, plus at least 1 year of end-to-end payroll experience and strong English communication. Hybrid setup in Cebu IT Tower 2, day shift, competitive rewards await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• High integrity with no history of fraud or misappropriation.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll timely and accurately, including reports and journal entries.
• Prepare final pay computations and BIR Form 2316.
• Maintain and update payroll records accurately.
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries promptly.
• Assist in reports on government contributions, loans, and withholding taxes.
• Support month-end, year-end, and fiscal year-end reporting.
• Perform payroll-account reconciliations and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate to achieve departmental goals.
