Job summary

Transcosmos Asia Philippines, Inc. is seeking a customer service representative to assist customers via phone, chat, and email from their Gilmore, Quezon City site.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience required; 1 year or more preferred.
• Preferably with experience in restaurant order-taking, food delivery, or online ordering.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and active listening skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and local holidays.
• Willing to work onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City.
