Job summary

Transcosmos Asia Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Local Blended Account specialist to deliver quality customer service and support to end-users using standard call center processes.

The role requires basic communication skills, at least 6 months of customer service experience, and residency in Metro Manila with onsite work at Gilmore, Quezon City. Willingness to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduates are welcome.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience in any industry.
• Must be residing within Metro Manila.
• Amenable to work onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating call center software, via remote connection or over the Internet.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Follow standard processes and procedures.
• Identify and escape priority issues per Client specifications.
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
• Accurately process and document call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software.
• Offer alternative solutions to retain customers’ business.
• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers when necessary.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
• Must be willing to work shift and rotating on call weekends/holidays.
