A consulting company is seeking a US Mortgage Loan Processor to support the team in reviewing incoming files and completing order-outs. The ideal candidate must have experience in the mortgage industry and proficiency with Encompass. Responsibilities include tracking notes from Loan Officers, reviewing clients’ app and documents, and ensuring accuracy of necessary paperwork to prevent funding delays. The position offers an above-market salary and benefits, including HMO coverage from day one.

US Mortgage Loan Processor

Department: Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Client

Compensation: ₱60,000 - ₱90,000 / month

MUST HAVE MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE

You will review incoming files, complete order‑outs, and be an all‑around supportive team member to ensure that other teammates are able to focus effectively on their primary responsibilities.

Encompass experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer)
• Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails, and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes
• Complete “File Set‑up” review when App & Docs are received from the client. Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting obvious errors on the client app, etc
• Ability to calculate income for Wage Earners and SE borrowers
• Run DU/LP and Order appraisals when needed (if no PIW/ACE)
• Send client needs list after initial file review
• Send client needs list after the Preapproval team completes their review
• Obtain correct EOI, VOE’s, and HOA docs when requested from LOA/Processor
• Ensure that EOI and other documents are correct at the time of funding to avoid funding delays
• Maintain a tracker of all files on their desk, including what is outstanding on each file, to ensure that no file slips through the cracks.
