MeritDirect LLC. is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage with key decision-makers and spark interest in innovative IT solutions. This role offers uncapped commission based on performance, with an average earnings of €687 per month in incentives. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.

As part of the role, you'll undergo a four-week onboarding process to ensure success, and while working remotely, you'll occasionally visit the Madrid office for training.

Competenze

• Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not required.
• The place of residence must be in Spain.
