Resourceful Talent Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales for a technology company serving the outdoor recreation market. This fully remote role focuses on high-volume cold calling to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. and follows U.S.

Eastern Time hours. You will own outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound cold-calling experience in SDR/BDR or similar roles.
• Experience making 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Excellent English, with professional phone presence.
• Comfort with selling to US SMBs and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Make ~100 outbound cold calls daily to U.S. businesses.
• Prospect SMBs via cold calling, email, and other outbound channels.
• Engage with business owners and marketing decision-makers.
• Communicate value proposition and generate interest.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team through calls and follow-ups.
• Manage outreach and follow-ups in HubSpot.
• Hit daily activity targets and weekly appointment goals.
