Resourceful Talent Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a growing technology company serving outdoor recreation. This fully remote role focuses on outbound prospecting for U.S. SMBs, operating on U.S.

Eastern Time hours. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of outbound calling experience, can comfortably reach business owners, and is persistent, self-motivated, and adept at handling objections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound cold-calling (SDR/BDR/telemarketing)
• Experience making 100+ outbound calls per day
• Excellent conversational English with professional phone presence
• Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses is preferred

Responsibilities

• Make ~100 outbound cold calls per day to US-based SMBs.
• Prospect SMBs via cold calling, email, and outbound channels.
• Engage with business owners and marketing decision-makers.
• Communicate the platform's value proposition and generate interest.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team through outbound calls and follow-up.
• Follow up with prospects from outbound campaigns and inbound inquiries.
• Manage calls and next steps in HubSpot.
• Work toward daily calling targets and weekly meeting goals.
