Qualifications

3–5 years of IT recruitment experience targeting the US market.
Deep understanding of IT roles across cloud, DevOps, software development, data engineering, and cybersecurity.
Advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, boolean/x-ray search, and creative outreach.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring goals.
Source top IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals.
Screen candidates for technical expertise, project experience, and cultural fit.
Manage multiple requisitions and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and monitor market trends.
