Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the recruitment process and platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Good understanding of technology and technical recruitment
• Solid understanding of HR practices
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and IT leaders to determine hiring needs
• Forecast business and department goals with team leaders
• Create job descriptions and post to relevant job sites
• Source candidates through postings and referrals
• Craft personalized messages to passive and active candidates
• Assess candidates through resumes, interviews and communications
• Maintain candidate updates and perform background checks
