Qualifications

2–3 years US recruitment experience (mid- to senior-level options welcome)
Experience recruiting across Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or related industries is highly preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in sourcing tools and maintaining candidate pipelines
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring teams to understand needs and align recruitment strategies
Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Screen candidates and assess fit for open positions
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Coordinate interviews and support onboarding processes
Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in US recruitment
Collaborate with the team on recruitment initiatives and process improvements
