Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a US Recruitment Specialist to join our Taguig team on a full-time basis.

You will identify, attract, and place top US-based talent for various industries and serve as a liaison between job seekers and employers, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience that leads to successful placements. You will build pipelines, interview candidates, present profiles to clients, negotiate offers, and track metrics in our ATS.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably within an agency environment or as an in-house recruiter for 2+ years.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the US job market, employment practices, and hiring trends across various sectors.
• Strong proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail when evaluating candidate qualifications and fit.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for US-based positions, utilising multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various skill levels and industries.
• Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs, expectations, and career aspirations.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.
• Prepare and present candidate profiles and recommendations to clients, highlighting relevant qualifications and experience.
• Negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and facilitate the placement process through to successful hiring.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions and placements in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide ongoing support to placed candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns post-placement.
• Stay informed about US employment market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
