First Focus AU in Pasig, Metro Manila, is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to grow the US business by sourcing exceptional Filipino IT infrastructure talent. You’ll partner with US teams to understand what great looks like and deliver a seamless recruitment journey.

You’ll build robust talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and help shape recruitment processes while aligning with Australia and New Zealand teams as needed. The role offers hybrid work and global exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology recruitment and scaling US IT roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Comfort with global stakeholders and multi-market coordination.
