You will collaborate with onshore hiring managers and internal partners, manage multiple requisitions, and stay ahead of recruiting trends to ensure a strong candidate experience and timely placements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience for the U.S. market.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (cloud, DevOps, software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Advanced sourcing skills and creative outreach methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring goals.
• Source top candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Manage pipelines for diverse IT roles with timely candidate communication.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process.
• Maintain recruitment data in ATS and track progress.
• Stay ahead of IT recruitment trends and market conditions to refine strategies.
