Job summary

Emapta Global is seeking a US Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for IT and Engineering roles across the U.S. market. You will build pipelines, assess candidates, and coordinate with hiring stakeholders to support international growth.

You will source and screen candidates, manage multiple requisitions, and report weekly on progress. Night shifts and onsite visits to Quezon City are required, with a hybrid setup and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience supporting the U.S. market.
• Hands-on technical recruitment experience hiring IT and/or Engineering professionals.
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting U.S.-based candidates for technical roles.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience: sourcing, screening, assessment, endorsement, interview coordination, offers, onboarding.
• Experience with Software Engineers, Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud/DevOps, Systems/QA roles.
• Excellent English communication for U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Willing to work night shift and report onsite in Quezon City once a week.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S. technical hiring.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for IT and Engineering roles.
• Source and engage qualified U.S.-based technical professionals through multiple channels.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Build and maintain technical talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Present qualified candidates with clear assessments to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communications throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
