Job summary

Identiti International Inc. is seeking a US Client Service Coordinator to bridge US field technicians, dispatch schedules, and project billing workflows from our Cebu office.

This hybrid role requires willingness to work onsite as needed and night US hours, with full-time employment and probationary-to-regular status. You will coordinate with US clients and internal teams, support invoicing processes, ensure quality and compliance, and resolve scheduling bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completed any bachelor's degree program.
• Experience supporting billing, invoicing, and documentation for HVAC service operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination: primary point of contact for US clients, field technicians, and internal teams to drive project success and profitability.
• Billing & Financial Support: compile, review, and organize work orders, completion records, and project documentation for invoicing.
• Quality & Compliance: monitor workflows to meet contract specs and compliance standards.
• Problem Resolution: resolve schedule conflicts and documentation gaps quickly.
