Complete Development (CoDev) in Cebu City is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a US client. The role combines project administration, sales support, and client-facing tasks to ensure projects are set up accurately and updates are delivered on time.

You will work onsite at Cebu IT Park, using systems like DASH and CRM Dynamics, coordinating with internal teams and clients, preparing proposals, and handling reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects in internal systems (DASH, CRM Dynamics).
• Review contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Create and maintain project folders with documents.
• Ensure timely ordering of historical materials.
• Save client documents to QUIRE reports.
• Assist with department-wide coordination tasks.
• Prepare and send client updates on project status.
• Run sales reports and support bidding processes.
• Provide out-of-office coverage for Sales teams.
• Manage client RIMS accounts and CRM proposals.
• Collaborate with team for risk management and reporting.
