Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in dispatching technicians, scheduling, or facilities coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and clients.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with CRM/dispatching platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians based on work orders and priorities.
• Monitor schedules to meet SLAs and timely service completions.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Create and update work orders and service records accurately.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and coordinate solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Deliver professional, responsive, and solution-driven customer service.
