Job summary

Identiti International, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Service Coordinator to manage field technician dispatching from the Makati office on a night-shift schedule. The role ensures service requests are fulfilled promptly, and clients receive exceptional support.

The successful candidate will coordinate schedules, maintain accurate work orders, and collaborate with clients, technicians, and internal teams to minimize disruptions while upholding SLAs and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven dispatching/scheduling experience with strong communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/dispatch platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians based on work orders, availability, and client needs.
• Monitor schedules to meet SLAs and ensure timely service completion.
• Serve as primary communication link between clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
