We're Hiring: HVAC Service Coordinator

Join Identiti International Inc. and drive end-to-end HVAC facility maintenance and service operations for premier US brands. We are seeking a proactive HVAC Service Coordinator to bridge US field technicians, dispatch schedules, and project billing workflows.

• Setup / Work Location: Hybrid | Cebu Office (Must be willing to work onsite as needed)


• Schedule: Night Shift (US Business Hours)


• Employment Status: Full-Time, Probationary to Regular Employment

• Timeline to Hire: Immediately

What You'll Do

• Operational Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, field technicians, and internal teams to drive project success and profitability.


• Billing & Financial Support: Compile, review, and organize work orders, completion records, and project documentation to enable accurate client invoicing.


• Quality & Compliance: Monitor workflows to ensure all service deliverables meet strict contract specifications and compliance standards.


• Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve schedule conflicts, operational bottlenecks, and documentation gaps in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Completed any bachelor's degree program.


• Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting billing, invoicing, and documentation for HVAC service operations is strongly preferred.


• Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills to interact directly with US clients and contractors.


• Tech Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.


• Remote Setup: Dedicated personal computer meeting standard remote work requirements.


• Work Readiness: Willingness to work night shifts and report onsite to the Cebu office as needed.
