Job summary

Full-time, probationary to regular, onsite at Makati. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in dispatch or facilities coordination, a Bachelor's degree, and excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians based on work orders and priorities.
• Monitor schedules to meet SLAs and timely service completions.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Create and update work orders and service records accurately.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and coordinate solutions to minimize disruptions.

We're Hiring: Dispatch Service Coordinator

Setup/ Work Location: Full Onsite | Makati Office

Schedule: Night Shift (US Business Hours)

As a Dispatch Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our field technicians are dispatched efficiently, service requests are completed on time, and our clients receive exceptional support every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians based on work orders, technician availability, location, service priority, and client requirements.
• Monitor technician schedules to ensure timely completion of service requests and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Serve as the primary point of communication between clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams by providing timely updates and resolving scheduling concerns.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate work orders and service records.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and operational issues, and coordinate effective solutions to minimize service disruptions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, responsive, and solution-oriented communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in dispatching technician, scheduling, and facilities coordination, or a similar operations role.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, or other CRM/dispatching platforms is an advantage.
• Must have access to a personal computer or laptop that meets our system requirements.
• Willing to work onsite in our Makati Office on a night shift (US business hours).
