MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking a Bid Team Assistant to prepare equipment bids for commercial HVAC projects. You will work with the Bid Team to gather quotes, enter data, and produce compliant bids in Mincron and Salesforce, ensuring documentation is complete and delivered to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Mincron (FastPath Bid 1) or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience working within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and cross-referencing of part numbers and pricing.
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, model numbers, and accessory components.
• Ability to interpret and analyze vendor quotes and equipment submittals.
• Knowledge of freight and shipping considerations for commercial equipment.
• Familiarity with vendor portals such as Rheem iStore/Oracle and Mitsubishi Distributor Portal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple bids.

Responsibilities

• Bid Preparation & Creation.
• Bid Initiation: receive model numbers from Bid Team to start bids.
• Vendor Quote Management: locate quotes in Salesforce for pricing.
• Data Entry: enter model numbers and pricing into bids.
• Equipment Submittals: confirm model numbers with Bid Team submittals.
• Bid System: create bids using Mincron Bid 1 with references.
• Mincron Bid Entry Process: follow the workflow and apply the disclaimer.
• Freight Considerations: evaluate freight costs per bid, note TBD freight.
• Bid Completion & Salesforce Case Update: save bid number and update status.
• Bid Distribution & Documentation: attach submittals and price lists.
