Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support a US-based electrical services client from IT Park, Cebu. You will handle first-contact support, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to solutions, contributing to high satisfaction and trust with every interaction.

The role requires strong English communication, CRM/ticketing experience, and willingness to work the night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT. Onsite work in Cebu City is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales; BPO experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with CRM tools or ticketing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shift, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT.
• Onsite work in IT Park, Cebu City

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments for timely resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
