Job summary

Business Support Outsourcing, Inc. (BSO) in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Manager with employee relations, investigations, workers' compensation, and compliance with U.S. employment practices.

The role will maintain confidential records, coordinate with external partners, and assist in HR initiatives while aligning with U.S. business hours. Fresh graduates in HR/Business are welcome to apply, and a graveyard shift is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR experience in employee relations, investigations, or HR operations.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and/or workplace investigations.
• Experience administering workers' compensation claims from start to finish.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations inquiries and concerns.
• Investigate complaints, workplace concerns, policy violations, and misconduct.
• Assist with workers' compensation claims from reporting to closure.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, HR reporting, and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with managers and external partners to improve processes.
