The HR Generalist at Viventis Search Asia in Taguig will provide centralized HR support, handle inquiries, intake, documentation, and coordinate processes to ensure smooth employee experiences. This role works closely with US HR partners and local Philippine leadership to deliver timely service and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities include monitoring HR intake channels, resolving routine inquiries, supporting EAF processing, and maintaining HR resources.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR or related field experience.
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide centralized HR operational and employee support as a point of contact for HR inquiries, intake, documentation and process coordination.
• Monitor HR intake channels, resolve routine and moderately complex employee inquiries, and support EAF processing.
• Maintain HR resources and documentation and track follow-up for HR workflows.
• Assist HR leadership in the Philippines with operations, communications, training content and recurring HR initiatives; collaborate with US-based HR Partners and local leadership to ensure timely service delivery.

The HR Generalist provides centralized HR operational and employee support for the organization, serving as a key point of

contact for HR inquiries, intake, documentation, and process coordination. This role monitors and manages HR intake

channels, resolves routine and moderately complex employee and leader inquiries, supports Employee Action Form (EAF)

processing, maintains HR resources and documentation, and tracks follow-up required across HR workflows. The HR

Generalist will also support HR leadership for the company in the Philippines by assisting with HR operations, employee

communications, process consistency, training content, and recurring HR initiatives. This position partners closely with U.S.-

based HR Business Partners, HR leadership, and local Philippines leadership to ensure timely service delivery, accurate

documentation, confidentiality, and a consistent employee experience across locations.

Responsibilities
