Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist who will be the primary caretaker of employees, handling labor relations, investigations, and compliance while supporting day-to-day HR operations on site.

The role requires at least two years’ experience in a BPO or generalist capacity, strong analytical ability, and the flexibility to work night shifts on a rotating schedule, with a focus on equitable people practices.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HR, BPO experience preferred on a generalist or supervisory level.
• Has a strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to work on site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Do NTE review and validation.
• Conduct investigations and admin hearings, recommending decisions aligned with the Code of Conduct.
• Handle DOLE cases and manage data accuracy.
• Advise stakeholders on people-related issues.
• Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows.
• Handle employee grievances.
