Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment or call center recruitment.
• Strong interviewing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruitment systems or ATS platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment processes for US call center and operations.
• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates across recruitment platforms.
• Conduct engaging telephonic and virtual interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and onboarding activities.
• Achieve recruitment targets and meet turnaround times.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support US hiring needs.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Keep recruitment trackers updated.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities.
