Job summary

MCI Careers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in San Fernando, Philippines, to support our US operations. You will manage high-volume recruitment for call center and operations roles, sourcing and screening candidates, and guiding them through the interview process.

You will work with US-aligned hours to ensure seamless communication with US teams, while maintaining candidate experience and strong recruitment pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within high-volume or call center recruitment.
• Strong interviewing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Experience using recruitment systems or ATS platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment processes for US call center and operational roles.
• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Conduct engaging telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and onboarding activities throughout the hiring process.
• Consistently achieve recruitment targets and meet required turnaround times.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing US hiring needs.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Keep recruitment records accurate and ensure recruitment trackers are consistently updated.
• Partner with hiring manager to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
